Wow!!! The 3rd edition of the Angel Cup was awesome.....!! The Serdang Rhythmic Angels had gymnasts from Hungary, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, Thailand & Taiwan in the competition. The overall champion for Pre-junior is Loh Chooi Joy while Veronica Au won the Junior A category. Besides that, for the Junior B category, Son Yeon-jae of Korea was the clear champion.
Other than that, we also had the Little Angels Gala and the Aesthetic Angels Gala during this international inter-club rhythmic gymnastics competition. Jintana Club from Thailand & Serdang Rhythmic Angels' "The Fifth Element" won their respective category.
After the competition, we all had a city tour the next day in three buses!!!! We went to Batu Caves, batik painting(really fun), Suria KLCC and the Royal Selangor Pewter Centre(had a chance to 'knock' out our own pewter ice-cream bowl for RM 50). We got the chance to really meet each other which we never did during the competition.
The 2008 Angel Cup was a real success. Thank you sponsors, coaches, parents, volunteers & gymnasts.
